Buck's Art is Back in Hawaii
Recently, Buck reconnected with the Prestigious "Pacific Fine Arts Gallery" on Kona. It's been several years since Buck taught and displayed on the Big Island. These paintings are representative of works now being displayed in the Pacific Fine Arts Gallery. "I love Hawaii and the Magic that is in the air. I hope that I have captured some of that charm in my work."

The 10th year of Prairie Public Television’s Painting with Paulson is ready for distribution.
“The Magic of the Knife“ continues to be the theme for this seasoned veteran’s latest series. Having begun in 1988 with the Alexander Art Company, Paulson’s TV career is now in its 23rd season. Taking simple small 9” by 12” Pochades (quick color sketches done on location or from memory) Buck makes each show an adventure as he develops the Pochade model into an 18 x 24 canvas while you witness the step by step journey. No finished painting for Buck to copy, rather he configures the small model into an original painting right before your eyes.
Seascapes, Landscapes, Florals, Fantasy are the subjects on this two-disk series. One highlight of the disk set is a short interview with Buck, where he relates his exciting and improbable art career.
